Seagull are a Key Stage 2 class of 10 learners. We enjoy being part of a community at John Grant School. We enjoy learning within our topic-based curriculum which changes every half term.
This year, our topics include Celebrations, Life on the Farm, Explorers and the Seaside.
This term, we are learning about families, looking at different types of families including our own families similarities and differences between ourselves and other families and looking at the Royal Family tree.
In RE, we are learning about Jewish family celebrations that happen at the Harvest time of the year, and creating harvest artwork for our Harvest assembly.
In Design and Technology, we are making our own self-portraits and designing and making photo frames for them.
Each week we enjoy a variety of stimulating and engaging activities including circle time games, sensory circuits, PE, Attention Autism, and swimming.
