It is a state of mental well-being that allows us to cope with the stresses of life and both learn and work well.

Mental health can affect our daily lives, relationships and even our physical health. It actually can affect our ability to enjoy life.

For this reason, it is vitally important that we all take care of our mental health and that of our children, alongside physical health.
