Science Curriculum
Through the experience of science, we aim for our children to have knowledge of their environment, to explore and investigate, plan, observe, measure and record and use interpretation of the results to make predictions.
Pupils in Key Stage 1 and 2 enjoyed a visit from a Rain Forest Ranger, sponsored by the Greenlight Trust. They had the opportunity to find out about lots of different creatures, and looked at a scorpion and held a hissing cockroach, millipede, land snail, toad and rat snake. Pupils were fascinated, but some of the staff needed some convincing!
